  1. Reserve 6 strawberries and put aside. Slice the remaining strawberries and place them in a blender. Sprinkle them with the sugar and stir. 
  2. Let the strawberries stand for 20 minutes at room temperature. Then add ½ cup of the wine to the blender and mix till strawberries are totally pureed. Pour the combination by a nice mesh strainer / sieve into a big pitcher and use a spatula to press the strawberry puree by. Discard the seeds. 
  3. Add the remaining wine and Grand Marnier to the pitcher. Then add the recent mint, orange and lemon rounds. Slice the 6 reserved strawberries and add them to pitcher.
  4. Stir and refrigerate the pitcher for a minimum of 1 hour, or as much as 4 hours. (Don’t transcend 4 hours or the fruit texture begins to degrade.)
